Dealt with Jake Wheelock through the whole process, who has gone above and beyond to not only secure me the best deal possible, but make sure I was happy at each stage, many other retailers who I tried to strike a deal with wouldn’t even entertain a couple of minute conversation, Jake made sure from the first minute we spoke he knew what I wanted and he made it happen along with his team. Quick response from Rob. I’d seen a van online with a stupidly low monthly price. Sent a request for the quote and just got a call the next day. No hard sell. The quote was actually cheaper than what the website said. Initially couldn’t get the finance through (my credit history) but within 3 hours it was sorted with another lender that Rob sorted for me.Van was delivered for free to my door, 2 weeks to the day from my first enquiry. Absolutely over the moon with my new Ford Custom and Rob and Vanaways service. Definitely would recommend!
