Van Sales UK put first-class service and commitment to our customers at the heart of what we do.  We do, however, recognise that we may occasionally fail to get it right first time.  If for any reason, your expectations are not met, whether for reasons of the quality of your vehicle or our customer service, we would like you to tell us about it.  Your feedback provides us with an opportunity to explain, correct any mistakes and apologise to you.  It helps us improve our overall service for the future.

By completing the below form in as much detail as possible, this gives us to chance to investigate your concerns and give you our best response first time.  There are a lot of moving parts in our order process, so please allow us 48 hours to make further investigations before we can get back in touch with you.

You will hear from either the Sales Executive you have ordered your van with, or the Sales Administrator that has processed your order.  Or, in extreme circumstances, you may hear from one of our Managers.
