    -Does Van Sales UK have a customer car park?
    Absolutly yes, we have plenty of free customer parking bays.

    -What are Van Sales UK opening times?

    -Do I need to make an appointment or can I just call in?
    We have many sales staff that can take care of your needs, please pop in anytime we would love to meet you

    -Will I be offered refreshments?
    Yes, you can have as many cups of tea, coffee or soft drinks as you like

    -Can I export a vehicle that I purchase from Van Sales UK?
    You can export vehicles, but we do not offer the service to export them. We will however help with the documentation and deliver to a UK Port of your choice

    -What can I do if I am not happy with the service I have received at Van Sales UK?

  • Our Vehicles

    -Can I drive the vehicle before purchasing it?
    Yes Absolutely, we would like you to visit our dealership and take the vehicle out on a road test and full appriasal, there are no obligation to buy when you test drive a vehicle at Van Sales UK

    -Do you check over your vehicles before you sell them?
    Yes our vehicles go through a strict 100 point mechanical and bodywork used vehicle appriasal check, we employ dedicated highly qualified technicians who produce a full report (pre delivery inspection sheet). If you wish to view this documentation please ask your account manager

    -Does your vehicles have a full service history?
    It is dificult to offer Full Service History as we buy the vehicles in from many sources, we try to purchase vehicles with a full service history but sometimes the vehicle will be supplied with partial history and in some cases there may be no service history

    -Does your vehicles come with Road Tax?
    We can either tax the van for you or give you the V5 once the vehicle is purchased so you can tax when you are ready. If we tax the vehicle for you the cost of the road tax will be passed onto the vehicle buyer

    -Does your vehicles come with an MOT?
    Yes our vehicles have a minimum 3 months MOT

    -Will the tyres be legal?
    Yes, all tyres are checked within our 100 point pre inspection check and will be legal

    -How do I secure a vehicle?
    A deposit can be taken on any vehicle that is available over the phone, in person or by BAC's payment. We have debit card machines at all our dealerships and a £500 deposit will hold the vehicle for 7 days

    -Is a deposit left on a vehicle refundable?
    Any deposit made is non-refundable. We remove the vehicle from sale preventing other customers from purchasing it. The only exception is if you are not accepted for vehicle finance arranged by Van Sales UK

    -Can I drive a vehicle away today?
    Yes this is possible, our vehicles are prepared proir to offering for sale and any documentation can be completed within a short period

    -Do you offer a finance facility with your vehicles?
    Yes, we employ a Finance Manager who can help and guide you through the Finance Application process

    -What types of finance packages do you offer?
    We offer every type of finance via many different routes to market, our main providers are:
    Moto Novo
    Close Brothers Motor Finance
    BNP Paribas

    -What is your finance rates (APR)?
    The APR will depend on the finance provider, the loan amount and your personal credit rating. We strive to make sure that our APR’s are very competitive in the market place which enhances our chances of selling you a new vehicle

    -What length of time can I take finance over?
    Our terms can be from 12 months to 60 months depending on your requirements

    -How long does a finance application take to process?
    If we have all of the required information from the buyer, Van Sales UK can normally obtain an acceptance within minutes, at a maximum this process takes no longer than a few hours

    -If I leave a deposit, is this refundable?
    Any deposit made is non-refundable. We remove the vehicle from sale preventing other customers from purchasing it. The only exception is if you are not accepted for vehicle finance arranged by Van Sales UK

    -As part of a finance application, do you carry out a credit check?
    Yes, we use this information from major UK credit reference and fraud prevention agencies within the underwriting process. For more information on how credit scoring is carried out please go to www.fla.org.uk the association of Finance and Leasing (fla) will provide you with a consumer guide

    -What deposit do I need?
    The 'norm' is 20% which equates to the VAT that is the required deposit but in some cases this can be lower

    -Can anyone apply for finance?
    As long as you are over 18, you can apply for Finance under UK Law

    -What documentation will I need for the finance application?
    • Both parts of your UK/EU Driving Licence
    • EU Passport if using EU Driving Licence
    • 2 Utility bills issued within the last 90 days – we accept Water, Electricity, Bank statement, Council Tax statement.

    I am not happy with the outcome, can I make a finance complaint?
    At Van Sales UK we believe our customer service is second to none, and will do everything we can to resolve any issues customers may have. When we receive a complaint we take it very seriously and will investigate fully and provide solutions. If you are still not unsatisfied you can lodge an appeal to the Financial Ombudsmen Service (details below)

    -I don’t need my vehicle, will you buy it from me?
    Yes 'we buy any vehicle' and are more than happy to appraise your vehicle and provide a price to buy from you

    -Does my vehicle need an MOT for you to buy it from me?
    It is illegal to drive a vehicle without an MOT certificate, however will buy any vehicle and not having an MOT would be reflected in the price offered to buy the vehicle from you

    -Will you buy a vehicle from me if I don’t own it?
    No, the vehicle must be registered to you

    -Will you provide a price for my vehicle over the phone or on Email?
    We will provide a guide buying price subject to viewing, and test driving your vehicle before we pay for it

    -My vehicle is very old, will you still buy it from me?
    We have no age limits, we will buy any vehicle, just bring your vehicle in for a valuation.

    -How will I know if the price you offer for my vehicle is fair?
    Van Sales UK employ highly trained sales executives that are skilled in offering fair appraisals on your vehicles, age, condition, mileage and market trends are taken into account when offering a price. We use industry resources to make sure you the best price possible, we will guarantee the appraisal price for 7 days
